Mets Game Chatter – 8/26/12

Mets look for their first two-game winning streak since they beat the Giants in back-to-back games August 1st and 2nd. Jeremy Hefner takes the mound for the 1:10 start.

    4 minutes later: Lucas Duda quoted as saying that playing left field is easer than right field.

    Anyone else ever grow tired of Ojeda’s exaggerated hyperbolic pronouncements as if he is the bearer of truth and is called to correct everyone else? Ever since he went off on RA Dickey, I’ve had to turn the volume down when he talks as if he is speaking ex cathedra.
