The Sterling Award winners will be honored in a special pre-game ceremony at Citi Field tonight.

    Gotta give Alderson a lot of credit. He turned this farm system from one of the worst in ML baseball to one in the top half. And it will probably be in the top ten in the next season or two. Lots of hard throwers and more and more position players.

      I agree. Right now I see a top 5 (or maybe even 3) pitching system, but it is still very weak in terms of hitting, especially now that d’Arnaud and Flores are in the majors. Kevin Plawecki and Dominic Smith are really all that exist in terms of guys with a nice likelihood of producing at the MLB level.

        Agreed. Although I’d say Nimmo is still a big time prospect as well. Hopefully some of these young, IFA position players with potential start start making some noise in the next few years as well. Plus, I wonder what Puello will do next year. It’ll be a very important season for him.
