I really needed to see them. I was struggling. When I see my daughters everything goes away. If I go 0-for-10, I forget about everything,” said Pagan. “I needed to go to my house, see my daughters, so I could start fresh. It was a good trip. It was great to have [time] with them, and just clean my mind. We went to a restaurant, and I picked them up in school. They didn’t know I was there, so imagine how happy we were to see each other. It was a great moment.
Angel Pagan, who went home to Puerto Rico after Sunday’s game to spend time with his family. In his first game back he came up with four hits.
