Corey Oswalt Named League Pitcher of the Year

He becomes the fourth Binghamton player to take home the league's top pitching honor, joining the ranks of Bobby Jones (1992), Paul Wilson (1995) and Michael Fulmer (2005). Source: MiLB.com After winning the award, Oswalt went out and pitched five scoreless innings Friday night. He finishes the year 12-5 with a 2.28 ERA.
